The accommodation occupies the entire ground floor of a detached cottage and is comfortably furnished throughout with electric heating for the cooler seasons. Spacious and charming with modern comforts and views of the surrounding countryside across the Barle Valley, it is the perfect base for keen walkers, with an abundance of footpaths and easy access to many picturesque villages and stunning coastline of Exmoor. With a rear entrance opening into the hallway the accommodation is on three levels in a reverse style. The ground floor accommodation includes a double bedroom with ensuite facilities. There is also a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom. French doors open out onto a shared courtyard area. A central staircase leads up to the first floor to define the attractive main living area. This features a vaulted ceiling and beams, with cosy seating to one end and a kitchen/dining area. Further stairs lead up to the second floor where you will find the spacious double bedroom and ensuite bathroom, sloping ceilings and Velux window with country views. Dulverton is only two miles away, a pretty Exmoor village with an excellent variety of shops, tea rooms, antiques and curios, pubs and restaurants.

Elegant original features have been retained in the impressive communal lobby and Harbour View can be accessed via a grand staircase or lift. The reminders of a bygone Victorian era continue inside the apartment, with an expansive hallway, high ceilings, decorative mouldings and panels and a floor to ceiling mirror. It is unlikely that you will want to leave the spacious living room where you will be enthralled by wonderful views and ever changing scenery. Comfy leather sofas surround the cosy electric fire set in the original fireplace and the rest of the room is dominated by the large bay window with window seats to enjoy the view. The separate kitchen/breakfast room has a dining area, and is fitted in oak. There are three bedrooms; a bathroom and spacious separate shower room provide excellent facilities. A garage is available for storage of bikes or beach equipment, and communal lawns and garden surround the building. There are shops, quaint tearooms, and cosy welcoming pubs nearby while medieval Dunster Castle just 3 miles away is a popular attraction for all ages.
