Selections of board games to enjoy on cosy evenings in are available. To one end is the kitchen area with granite worktops, well equipped with a breakfast bar and beech dining table and chairs. A small, unfenced, decked patio can be accessed from the living area. Accommodation is all on one level with the double bedroom having a low-level pine bed, and the bathroom being to the rear of the apartment. Under floor heating in the main living area keeps the apartment snug all year. Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall.
