Special lower price offered for couples in low season Approached by country lanes, Clifton Court overlooks the glorious beach at Putsborough, two miles from Croyde and three miles from Woolacombe. Both villages have a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartments in Clifton Court are arranged on four levels, access is on level three and all are approached by a variable number of steps depending on the location, detailed information is available on request. There are designated parking spaces for each apartment together with limited additional guest parking. All of the apartments have individual views over the sands stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point. A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach and guests have full use of the indoor heated swimming pool. Putsborough Beach is sheltered by cliffs and ideal for swimming and surfing. During the main season a beach shop and cafe provides refreshments. With stunning views over Putsborough Sands, Baggy Point and the glistening shores of Woolacombe, this apartment provides quality accommodation for couples or families at any time of the year. Stylishly presented it has the advantage of patio doors which lead from both the living/dining room and the double bedroom out onto a paved terrace spanning the width of the apartment. From here you can enjoy a meal or just take in the wonderful views stretching along the sands and out to sea. There are two bedrooms, the double bedroom has an ensuite shower room and the twin bedroom is served by a large separate modern bathroom. The kitchen sits to the rear and is fully equipped with top quality modern facilities. Carefully positioned mirrors enable you to enjoy the view of the entire bay from every room. Located towards the end of the building the apartment has quick access to the indoor swimming pool. A super apartment where you will receive a warm welcome all year round.
