Capstone View is an attractive spacious, light and airy third floor apartment in an enviable location, with only the cry of seagulls breaking the silence as you take in the fantastic view along the coastline and across the Bristol Channel. Bright and cheerful throughout it benefits from laminate flooring in the main living room and two large picture windows taking full advantage of the fantastic sea views. The kitchen/ breakfast room is a sunny room overlooking Ilfracombe town, and there is a convenient cloakroom off the spacious inner hallway. Upstairs are three bedrooms with bedroom one and two having sea views. A modern bathroom with white suite features a large spa bath and separate 'body jet' shower. You can unload cars outside, and there is a small garage for storage of bicycles and surfboards. The centre of Ilfracombe, with local shops, pubs, restaurants and picturesque harbour, is only a short stroll away. This stretch of the coastline is known for its dramatic cliff top walks and Capstone View is an ideal spot to unwind and watch the boats go by. Accommodation: Stairs to Third floor: Hall.
