Originally a Sea Captains home this contemporary ground floor apartment has stunning sea views. With stunning sea views and contemporary styling, Captain's View is a perfect holiday retreat for couples. Originally built as a Sea Captain's home, this appealing ground floor apartment has large floor to ceiling windows making the most of the excellent views out to sea between St Nicholas Chapel sitting high above the harbour, and Hillsborough Hill. The small inner hall leads through to a stylish open plan living room having comfy brown leather sofas and with the well equipped kitchen area to one side. A foldaway table and chairs is provided for meals. A door from the living room leads to a light and bright double bedroom attractively furnished with a large bay window. The modern bathroom complemented by laminate flooring, and a separate cupboard housing a washer /dryer is also accessed from the hallway. Set between the National Park of Exmoor to the east and the golden coast surfing beaches to the west, Captains View provides a comfortable base in this popular location. Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Open plan living/kitchen/dining room with TV with Freeview and DVD/Video. Kitchen area with gas hob, electric oven, fridge and microwave. A washer/dryer is housed in a cupboard off the hall. Bedroom with King. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
