First class stylishly furnished apartment located on the second floor. Overlooking Woolacombe sands, the Narracott Apartments are in a spectacular position with outstanding sea views. In the heart of the village, with a good choice of restaurants, shops and pubs, they are within a stone's throw of the rugged coastal path and three miles of glorious sandy beach. Access is on the first floor, from the rear parking area, with a few steps down to the entrance. You can see from the well designed bedroom that the owners have taken great care with attention to detail in the presentation of this first class second floor apartment. This comfortable stylish accommodation is located on the side of the building where patio doors provide access onto the balcony from the open plan living room, having a table and two chairs and with sideway views of Woolacombe beach. Maple units and granite style work surfaces complement the kitchen and dining areas to the rear. There are two bedrooms, the spacious double has an ensuite and the twin room has a flexible sleeping option served by a separate bathroom. A good selection of games, books and DVDs are available for a relaxing holiday. Accommodation: Stairs to Second floor: Hall. Open plan living/kitchen/dining area with TV with Freeview, DVD, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
