With peaceful views across wooded areas and surrounding meadows bedecked with wild flowers in the spring, this fully double glazed, single storey detached cottage offers light and comfortable family friendly accommodation in the owners four acres, set apart from the other dwellings. 

Approached from a drive that winds through the mature gardens and small areas of woodland, the property is fronted by a tree shaded lawn and is entered from a private patio with an adjacent gravel parking area.

The front door opens into a central hallway giving access to a cheerful living room with a cosy woodburning stove and comfortable easy chairs by the sliding patio doors and a dining table set before a window overlooking the meadow. A door leads from the dining area into a well equipped fitted kitchen.

There are two pleasant bedrooms both with convector heaters, a twin and a double, both enjoying  woody tranquil views. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath. Opening from the hallway a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and separate shower cubicle completes the accommodation, which is entirely on the level.

Adjacent to the parking area is a brick bbq for the exclusive use of this property. There is parking available for 2 cars with further spaces on request.
