Accommodation
A spacious older style detached bungalow set in a large walled and gated grassy garden with sea views out to Glebe Cliff, lovely views of the surrounding countryside and less than a mile from the medieval village of Tintagel.
A short path through the front garden and three steps go up to an outer door which leads via a small porch with coat pegs to an inner door and a hallway. Opening off it are a pleasant sitting room and a light double bedroom, looking out across wide open farmland, and a generous sized, newly fitted kitchen and utility room with a separate dining room adjacent, offering panoramic views of the garden and coastline beyond. One step down to a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath completes the downstairs accommodation.
A winding staircase leads up to two twin bedded rooms in the roof space with Velux windows, one room ideally suited for children. A rear porch and four railed steps down takes you out to a mature garden bordering on to agricultural land, with a raised decking section, from which to enjoy the views and sunsets. There is an outdoor table-tennis table, and a shed available for storage of beachgear, ample parking for two cars on the ungated driveway, and space for a boat trailer if required.
The property is set in Treven, one of the seven parishes of Tintagel where there is a wide range of shops, restaurants, museums and pubs, just a short walk to the coastal footpath, and only a few minutes drive to the beach at Trebarwith Strand.
