Situated in the grounds of the owners extensive gardens, the accommodation occupies the entire first floor to take advantage of the picturesque surrounding countryside (occasionally used owners garage/storage area on lower level). The elegant open plan living area offers wonderful views over wooded hillsides, pasture and gardens and offers lots of comfy seating. The modern fully fitted kitchen and dining area is close to an external door giving access to a wooden stairway down to the garden. A large attractive bedroom and spacious bathroom lead off the living area. The small private side garden area is ideal for alfresco dining. Historic market towns, pretty villages, a wealth of wonderful walks and fishing close by as well as easy access to the sandy beaches and rugged coastline along the North Devon and Cornish coasts makes this a good location to explore this richly diverse area of the West Country.
