This wonderful holiday home is perfectly situated within the St Merryn Holiday Village, just outside the popular village of St Merryn which is located just three miles from the wonderful North Cornish Coast, famous for its beautiful beaches and fantastic surfing. Full of home from home features with a large enclosed garden, this property makes a fantastic base for all the family. With popular sites such as Padstow just three miles away, Willow Lodge is the perfect spot to explore the whole of the North Cornish coast.
Entering the property via three steps, you will immediately walk through a narrow hallway which leads you straight into the spacious sitting room and open plan dining area with views across the garden. Adjacent to this, is a galley-style kitchen with modern country style cabinets and breakfast bar. Back into the hallway and down towards the bedrooms you will locate a separate bathroom with WC and basin on the right hand side, which sits right next to the single bedroom which is just perfect for a young child. Further to this, there are two double bedrooms with standard sized double beds, one which also provides an en suite shower room, WC and basin and views across the garden.
To the front of the property is a large parking area with ample off road parking for one car. There is also separate parking for an additional car on the other side of the garden. The large sandy beaches at Constantine Bay is within easy access at just three miles away as well many other popular beaches and coves along the coastline. The large fishing town of Padstow is three miles away provides an array of boutique shops and restaurants and well as a large Tesco’s supermarket for the necessities. The smaller village of St Merryn is just 1 mile away and provides all the essentials with a Spar shop, bakery, restaurants and pub.
