Accommodation overview: This single storey detached and double glazed barn offering studio style accommodation is set within the grounds of the owners home providing couples with the perfect getaway.
Approached from the carport where there is parking for one car, four steps and a sloping paved path lead up to the front door which opens directly into a fully fitted kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar and high stools. A separate shower room W.C. with hand basin opens from the kitchen.
Beyond, an inner door leads into a light and comfortable open-plan room which acts as both lounge and bedroom with a double bed, small occasional table with dining chairs and a settee next to the French Windows.
From here, two steps lead down to a private outdoor sitting area with patio furniture for the visitor’s sole use; guests are also encouraged to make use of the communal lawned garden.

Accommodation overview: This comfortable semi-detached slate hung cottage attached to the owner’s granite barn offers light and airy double glazed accommodation for couples or small families.
From the parking area, the glazed front door opens and one step leads up to a spacious entrance hallway with an adjacent fully fitted kitchen/dining room leading off to one side.
At the rear is a pleasant sitting room with lounge seating for four and French Windows opening to a small sheltered patio area for the visitor’s sole use and half a dozen granite steps leading up the communal lawned garden.
Carpeted stairs lead up from the hall to the first floor landing and two double bedrooms tucked under sloping ceilings with views over the surrounding countryside from Velux windows, both have the choice of a 5ft double or 2ft 6in zip-linked twin beds.
To complete the accommodation there are two en-suites, a shower room W.C. with hand basin and a bathroom W.C. with wash basin and hand shower fitment to the bath.
